I figure him as pro-life since they said he is a devout Roman Catholic all over the news, but if he is a constructionist then he might just stick to Roe vs. Wade. Still, I hope the DVDs come up in the hearings. Something important like that cannot go unnoticed. I would rather see them replace a woman with a woman, no matter what her stance on abortion would be. Maybe Judge Judy. Definitely not Judge Reinhold.
