Artist's Notes: I'm thankful for toblass, for going along with my kooky ideas and also for writing such a lovely drabble to go with this quick doodle.
Author's Notes: In light of the American holiday this week, we played fast and loose with this week's prompt. Hope no one minds. Many thanks to Jenidralph for coming up with a turkey dinner idea, and also thank you to darklotus1211 for posting that great video which inspired the direction of this drabble set.

He scowled as Hermione continued to chatter excitedly.
"My dear, between your pontificating on the necessity of rubbing butter all over the breasts and thighs and your recounting the enormity of adequate stuffing, I believe I am quite done with listening to the unfortunate fowl's dinner preparations for tonight's otherwise lovely meal."
"But Severus! I wanted to tell you all about my first experience with trussing the turkey and-"
Severus deftly picked up his wife, set her down on the dining table and growled in her ear.
"Allow me to demonstrate my method of trussing and stuffing a bird."
