Hope everyone had a good weekend! Mine was alright. Ended up going out to dinner to Olive Garden, which I have not been in forever. I forgot how much I love pasta, which is something I am also trying to stay away from lol. Some girls at my work and I have talked about getting together on evenings we have off and walking together. lol at talking about it but not going through with things. My friend and I do that all the time. We wanted to do pilates so we bought the stuff and did it 1 time. Then we wanted to go walking and we kept up with it for 2 weeks then gave up. Hopefully they'll be motivated enough and you guys will get to walking.

Hope you can manage to motivate each other. You need to have a nice reward for yourselves after each workout session!

"I forgot how much I love pasta, which is something I am also trying to stay away from..."

I went on a complete pasta diet a few years back, looking to lost the 78 lbs that I'd put on over a winter in Michigan, and I lost all 78 lbs plus went down from a size 12-14 to a size 7-8! All in only 3 months! That pasta diet consisted of having Kraft Macaroni and Cheese twice a day and that was it...nothing else for those 3 months. I looked so good! Better than I had in years! I forget the name of the book where I got this idea from, but it was a pasta diet that said pasta was a fat burner. Hey, it worked for me!

:D XOXOX

Yeah, well, it did it for me, but that was in my late 20's. I think that it would still work, but you have to remember, you can only have 2 plates (1 box each) of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese per day...and nothing else. The thing that I found out was that I didn't crave anything after it...no sweets, nothing! It was weird, either that or I really had a strong willpower?! I lost that willpower somewhere along the road between 28 and 50, and am hoping to find it once again soon! ;) XOXOX
