Cheers for email, and we're pretty flexible with timings on Friday and Sunday and even Saturday there's just (just!) judging, photographs, and the final itself of course~
We have a proper pair of microphones, amps and speakers BUT it will probably be a plasma screen on a trolley rather than a screen with a projector. I may try to borrow a projector but with the light levels in that room, to get a good thrown picture you need something pretty heavy duty.
Fabric guide is also desirable, maybe in the workshop section where you'll have people around you (tables in a U ) rather than on stage... hrrrrm.
I can also generally help at the desk and shout at people for not knowing what their bags look like and duct tape things together and type lists and sit there looking like I know what's happening so lemme know if you're looking for anyone to do any of that. I'm pretty good at it.
However I'm rubbish at most things so I'm not use for workshops.
I think you were already on The List. :P Like in May we should have a bigger bag storage area, I reckon I'll get 3 or 4 colours of raffle tickets and section the storage up according to the colours... may help a little ^_^; More duct tape needed, we ran out at Manchester or Aya.
I thought I might be! But just thought I'd check since I was fairly convinced I wasn't going for a while.
Oooh, that sounds much better! For the time being maybe just have more of a limit and make sure people know there's a limit so they're not just like "I'm gonna saunter on down with ma bag at 3pm!". You probably did in May but I wasn't there so I dunno. I just remember last October when there was a mountain of bags by mid Saturday and we were like "ok maybe...no more bags" XD
If there's no duct tape I can improvise with a sewing machine I suppose. It's not quite the same though :/

I may be able to do a fabric guide if you want though. That involves handing things out so a visible screen is less of an issue.
