huh, looks like mine (come elections, redrawing of borders, assuming he stays in) didn't vote on it. Odd, seeing as he's a goddamn party leader

it's such a non-law. how the heck are they going to enforce it? something like 70% of all internet bandwidth use is torrenting, and i'm sure almost all of that can be deemed "illegal".

if it wasn't for the fact that "illegal downloads" damage VAT revenues, i doubt this farce would even have been put through. pure scaremongering to stop the illeducated net users torrenting purely out of fear.
