This is how ill I am. (Did I tell you I was ill?) (I'm a bit unwell.)
I just rummaged around upstairs, and found an old DVD of 'Beaches' - and watched it. And cried! Wow, there IS a middle aged straight woman from Potters Bar streak in me after all. Phew.

Was it the bit where they're merrily singing "You Are My Sunshine", and they trail off because they remember Barbara Hershey's got cancer?

It's such a tear-jerker. I've got the soundtrack on cassette.
