On a Continuous Downward Spiral

Well, Welll, well, I really got put in my place today. Others have noticed besides me how badly I am doing. So it shows inmy daily life online quite a bit, Black/white thinking, or what I dont know. Also finding out more so this past week that beckys depression of late may be BPD too (she is 19) and has had a few SI behaviors since age 15.
