I didnt witness the accident but I got there when the guy was on the floor. Two guys in a car hit this other gangsterish guy and fucking sat there arguing with the guys friends about how they told him to stop.
The guys in the car eventually just drove off, they wouldnt even give the guys friend a cell phone to call an ambulance.

I'm guessing the accident was severe cuz the guy was knocked out...
