did the surgeon do the internal dissolve sutures and then glue over top?

(and i'm happy to hear the healing is going so well! i can't wait to see the pics when the swelling goes down!)

You may feel big because it still needs to settle down, you gotta have in mind that everything is swollen now =)

Got back from NYC yesterday, in the past week there's a small open bit of the incision, less than a centimeter wide. I will be going to the surgeon on Monday for my 4 week checkup, to get it checked out. The biggest annoyance now is with the binders and panties and clothing. Waistbands hurt and none of my clothing fits because I'm so swollen and it's so tender and the binder is so big. Finding stuff to wear outside is not easy. The binder also has a way of getting skin pinched in it, so things get irritated. I can move around almost normally, and nothing really hurts... just hugely swollen still!

Wow... you truly look great... and you are so brave to go under the knife.
