I seem to have been spotlighted by Sparkpeople (again). There are so many people commenting on my page/blogs, so cool! I'm glad of the timing, few people who have lost a lot of weight talk about the surgery needed after.

I'm curious about the e-mail that mentioned me!

I track all my exercise on Spark, even now that I'm maintaining. It's nice to have a "collection". =)
