So MOMO's a Realian, an Observational Realian. One of the abilities that comes with this is analyzing genetic makeup. So, to state it simply and avoid the TL;DR, she can tell whether your character is human or not.

I just thought I'd give you permission to be able to analyze Raf's genetic makeup at any point you want, since he's genetically engineered so it's a bit unusual. (Definitely human baseline, but a number of modifications. If you want me to elaborate at any point on what those are I'd be happy to.)
