The Myrtle Beach Trip was really awesome. It was so much fun and exciting, we did so much stuff. I wore my plaid pj pants on the bus, and when we got to Brookgreen Gardens, I asked Ms. Maher to change into jeans before the tour. I've practiced for over 7 hours today, so do it.

I just got back from All-State Orchestra rehearsal. I've got it again at 7:30-9:30 tonight, and again tomorrow for 7 hours. It's really tiring, especially with mono, but it's fun. My stand partner is this really cool asian guy, then again, about 3/4 of the orchestra is asian.

I have mono and strep throat and no idea how that happened. I haven't drank after any sick people or shared their food or done anything else with them. Mom and I were gonna go to Augusta for a violin thing tomorrow and Saturday, but now I don't have to, which I'm very happy about. If I'm not on bed rest tomorrow, I might get to go to the beach. I got up at 7 to go surfing, and when I got out of the car I found it was about -3987234 degrees with the windchill. I had to take off my sweatpants and hoodie to put my wetsuit on in the parking lot, walk down to the beach, to find... NO WAVES! The bouy report said like 4.3 feet, and it was Lake Tybee.
