I started with this picture of Jaime. Cropped to my liking then sharpened it once.
Add a new fill layer. (#FCE6BD) Set to Overlay, opacity 10%
Add a new fill layer. (#48D285) Set to Soft Light, opacity 100%. I erased the coloring on her hair and skin.
Add a new fill layer. (#2AC8DC) Set to Soft Light, opacity 100%. Again I erased where her hair and skin are.
You can add some text or a brush if you like and you're done.
