It sounds to me like you already know :) I'd send her the invoice and just hope for the best. I don't think there's really anything else you can do -- was there a contract signed or anything about payment?

I agree with the comment above. Send her the invoice. If you agreed half up front and you haven't received any money, this is the only thing I can think of to do. Good luck!
