1) She was married to Roy Mustang previously in Adstring and is still very much attached, but she doesn't rub it in anyone's faces, preferring to keep her life as private as she can.

1) He has...two, currently. And he's kind of in a relationship with them. No, he's not sure what it is. But the people in question are Urahara Kisuke and Unohana Retsu. They both know he's interested, though he is still trying to figure out just how attracted he is to both of them, but mostly Urahara. He has also been in a previous relationship with Rinoa Heartilly, but she is no longer in town and he doesn't mention her very often.
BONUS: He is very close to his best friend, Kyouraku Shunsui, though he is also not in Adstring. However, if Haruna ever found out about their friendship (which can easily be construed to be taken as a relationship), then she is welcome to bug him about it.

1) She does canonically (a certain pervert monk by the name of Miroku) but he's not here and she doesn't talk about him much, because yes, she is in denial :P However, she may be able to find out about it through Kururu or one of Sango's close friends/castmates. Somehow I neglected to fill that note in. He has this obvious crush on Shiemi from his canon, not in Adstring ;u; and, not exactly sure but we'll see how it plays out, Rin might start developing a crush on Sango. It could swing to just sibling like appreciation though. I'll have to give you a note on that if it happens!
