So, I went to vote today.  I arrived at my designated polling place and gave my name.  The woman doling out the paper ballots noticed my address and talked excitedly about how she is my neighbor.  After I voted, and this took no more than five minutes, I made my way back to the polling table to formally introduce myself to my neighbor.  "What?" she
