For the People Who Pay Attention!

I have a question about livejournal. Well...more of a desire and question mark.

I want to take all of my entries since I joined livejournal and print them...like in a manuscript format...you know, to keep for posterity. Can that be done easily, or do I have to go through some kind of agonizing, painstaking process to make it happen?

someone was talking about this a year ago, but I can't remember the specifics.

I do remember them needing a third party program to extract their entries with. I do know that LJ is very friendly with these programs and doesn't mind people using them, so you might want to go here:
http://www.livejournal.com/site/

and go to the "contact us" maybe and ask directly.

good luck!

No idea, but now that you've mentioned it I'm intrigued by the idea, too! Let us know what you find out if there's anything that makes that work, will you?

I believe I decided I'd need a third party program to do it easily, but I know I can back up a month of data at a time without the software.

I honestly don't have any ideas how to do this except the painstaking process route. I have an additional question, though. Would there be a way to collect/print the comments associated with a particular journal entry?
