Yay for your new house...

How is it working as an operator? i was thinking about getting a second job this summer, doing kinda the same thing... i'm just afraid of getting yelled at and yelling back something that will get me fired.

it's ok. Most calls are fine, but u do get some people that can't accept a not found. But instead of arguing with them, we get to transfer them up to a service assistant. :)
