okay, this is stupid. i cannot get to my friends page from home. this is a test to see if i make an update, i can get there. stupid theory...i know...

They changed the format of the addresses lately due to a security concern, but if you're logged in that shouldn't make any difference in accessing your friends page. How are you attempting to access and what is happening when you do?

at home, i'm logged in, and from the home page i just just click on "friends" from the journal menu. it just gives me an hour glass for a long while, and then just defaults back to the home page.

it's most likely my comcast cable, but for it to happen 4 days in a row seems odd to me...

Huh. I can't imagine why it would be behaving that way. You've logged out of livejournal and back in again? Have you tried different web browsers at home?

yup, logged in, logged out, rebooted, tried netscape...same problem. it's wonky, i can update though.

i heard that there were "technical difficulties" but i don't see any right now
