have you ever used unbleached flour for the pie crust?
i was thinking of trying it for my apple pie tomorrow :)

I only have ever bought unbleached flour since most commercial flours use chemicals rather than aging the flour properly.

It shouldn't make a huge difference in general, I'd worry more about all-purpose vs. pastry flour than I would about bleached vs. unbleached.
