I was waffling about what I wanted to do with my tasty tasty lamb. I have decided that something from this cookbook given to me (years ago now) by pling and jarel will be just the thing. Mmm, Indian.

I made this very same recipe this weekend - lamb was on sale - and it's one of Chas' favorites. Only, I double the amount of onions and tomatoes and used canned potatoes (so he can pick around them). Nom nom nom.
