What is now becoming my standard for chocolate cupcakes (when I'm not feeling lazy and do vegan wacky cake)... Tonight they are getting frosted with orange colored buttercream and topped with candy corn.

Yum! Although the eggs and I have a disagreement since they try to keeel me with their nasty sulfa yolkiness, still... I could risk it. ;)

This is seriously one of the best chocolate cake recipes I've ever seen, as one of my coworkers noted this morning, "I don't even like chocolate cake, but this is awesome."

I'm so glad I found this recipe. Nearly a pound of butter, how can you go wrong?
