that commercial is why i decided to go vegetarian, i haven't eaten meat since i saw that commercial, literally. the baby cow is sad.

what do u mean people will finally see "the truth?" people have been eating animals for as long as we know, yes the factories are fucked up and shit... but that doesnt mean that being a "vegan or vegi." makes u a bbetter person, its sick and sad what and how they do it, but if doing what people have been doing for thousands of years would seem more like the truth to me...

what i mean is when people eat meat they dont think about what goes on in the factory farms and most of the people who do eat meat dont know the half of what goes on in factory farms. when people think about farms they think about the family run farms (big open fields full of cows, pigs, hens, and other farm animals). there are very very few of them left in the world, and now with the commercials people who think that the their meat is coming from a family farm can see the truth of what realy goes on(or at least part of it.) but this system of killing hasnt been going on for thousands of years, when man first started to kill animals for food it was a matter of survival, now people do not kill their meat they pay someone to do it for them. it is also no longer a matter of survival but a matter of taste. once farms started their actualy where family farms like the one i described before. the animals there would live a life that does not include suffering and once they where ready to be slaughtered, it was done in a quick humane way

hmmm haha oh god we could aruge about this forever... ok how is eat animals not a form of survial anymore? if u want ill stop eating animals and get skinnier and look very un healthy. and i think ure throwing around the whole ignorant deal too much, saying some one sees the commerical, and continues to eat meat you say their ignorant, so then that means that u'd be ignorant for not stoping to smoke after seeing the truth commericals, ahh i dont care. its great u guys dont eat meat and all that stuff but i'll never change, i love my sliced up cows that probley have dirt all over them when they die and get killed in a cold dark room with cob webs and insects crawling all over them... YUM!

if you see the commercial or watch the movie meet your meat and you can still honestly say you dont care its your way of life that is not ignorance. but people at school(E.T.) would agrue with me then when i would reply with truthfull information she would tell me to shut up and that she doesnt want to hear it cuz she likes to eat meat to much. i just think that people should be informed of what is going on in factory farms, and if you are fully aware and still choose to eat meat and or dairy then fine. but it agrivates me when people try to question me being vegan when they know nothing about the topic and their only response is "why would you do it, meat tastes so good."
