Wouldn't it be Gammelfleischfest in the same way that there is Oktoberfest? I guess English is just creeping in everywhere. Nevertheless, it sounds great.
In Sydney, Australia, there is club called "Fresh Meat" which is a social group for gays under 25 who are just out of the closet. When I saw them in the Mardi Gras parade a couple of years ago, there were about 40 or 50 young men and women in Speedos and bikinis, all wearing BBQ aprons, doing a choreogrpahed dance while carrying meat tongs and grill flippers in oven mits around a giant rolling BBQ grill.
