Not that I plan to only buy English muffins from here out. The bagel has suffered quite enough at the hands of people looking to transform it into something more appealing to the masses. I solemnly swear to the purists that if I should encounter some good authentic bagels in my travels that I will nab a few and say "here, kids - these are bagels", so they can log the experience.
