1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?
Hrm. Had a boyfriend (and all that comes with such a thing), had a job I truly enjoyed, went to, um, College.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
For the first time in 4 years, I was able to keep my new years resolution.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My cousin Katie had her baby, the cutest baby ever, Avery Isabelle.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No.
5. What countries did you visit?
None--ask me at the end of '08.
6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?
Confedince and a few more homies up at AC. And maybe a more satisfying workload. And a job that offers more than 3 hours a week at school.
7. What date(s) from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
June 6, 2006--It was 6/6/06 AND the aquabats concert where I had exactly $50 in my bank account! August 27th, 2006--The day I left for School. So I guess, August 30th, the day I met Shlay. And December 30 I'm sure I'll remember, cause I'm going to visit Shlay's family. More on that later.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Doing really well in School, I think, and managing to have a boyfriend despite the fact that I had about 54986589 pounds of baggage when it came to the dating. And switching room mates!
9. What was your biggest failure?
Letting my original roommate get to me and make my life miserable.
10. Did you suffer any illness or injury?
I was really sick on the Amnesty International confrence, LAMES!
11. What was the best thing you bought?
My "YOU ARE NOTHING WITHOUT YOUR ROBOT CAR, NOTHING!" Shirt, and my HP scarf, and my mom's christmas present (Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny Soundtrack, and a Tenacious D concert DVD.)
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Shlay's for being my first boyfriend and being very nice to me.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
My Ex-Room Mates, for a) being mean to me and finding me impossible to live with when everyone knows I'm nice!! and b) a certian girl who hit on my boyfriend after we had been going out for a respectable amount of time, and who I had to threaten to run down with a car.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Saving for Europe and christmas.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Seeing Shlay, Getting into all the colleges I applied to, my first day of college, CHRISTMAS!

i. happier or sadder? Happier in many ways, but I did have a great year last year.
ii. thinner or fatter? Thinner...I think. My mom says so.
iii. richer or poorer? Richer, but I can't spend any of it.

I wish I had signed up to volenteer up at AC, and that I had a job with more hours.

Procrastinating.

Going to my Dad's side of the Family's house where my aunt has several lovely collectable antiques, (like, 200+) including a set of lard containers from the 1900s. NO lies.

Hanging out with PAJE and having my job.

Er, Um, well, I guess, technically, well, yes.

Zero.

Lost, the Office, FLCL, and Heroes!

Yes!

Grendel and Watchmen.

I turned 18 and had the best birthday ever. My homies threw a surprise party for me, and I'll remember it fondly always.

Telling off a certian boyfriend poacher instead of hinting I would run her over with a car.

Two variations: A) I have 4548675489 Tshirts and 6598267 Cords, or B) Dresses with Tights and Boots.

Shlay, Julia, Emily for letting me blow steam, my sister.

Stephen Colbert for kicking the Decemberists' ass.
36. What political issue stirred you the most?
When the AP (associated press) identified Foley as a democrat I lost a lot of faith in Journalistic capability and integrity.
37. Who did you miss?
Shad, right now. He's 7.5 hours away from me, and I'm annoyed that the world doesn't believe I should spend Christmas or New Year's with him.. There goes my kiss at midnight.
38. Who was the best new person you met?
Shlay, who is nice and smart and funny, and Julia, who is the best room mate ever and so amazingly hilarious, and Erin and KTD and Kara.
