Haven't been around much, things have been crazy busy at work and at home...but I finally had to take a break and just say fuck it. I work for a construction company. Yesterday, we hired a temp worker from a local agency. Long story short, he was working in a ditch that he shouldn't have been in and it collapsed on him, almost burying him alive ( Read more... )

WHAT would be easier if this guy had died?
Life certainly wouldn't be easier for him. Not easier for his family either. I can't imagine that much of anything would be easier except maybe for the insurance guy. Dead men don't tell tales. Dead men can't fight him in the courtroom.
