Yup...I think it's time to seek different employment. I am manager of a floundering construction company. The weather here has been terrible since November, so I haven't been able to bill out nearly the amount of money that we need to keep running. We struggle every week to meet payroll. I dread Monday mornings because Monday-Wednesday for me
