Today's schedule: Last-minute packing. Yay. Thankfully, the vast majority has been done by this point, so I won't have to go on another chemical-fueled spree as I did yesterday, my brain practically asleep but my body still being forced into action by frankly unhealthy levels of caffeine, taurine, and god only knows what else. Nah it's just one of those words heavily overused by furries in general (and has been for years - I did the icon in 2006), hence I just try and avoid it all the time. =:P

I've always found books annoying to pack. Not shape wise, but just because they're like dark matter with the amount of weight they seem to have in them...

Mmm, that's true. They look so innocuous there on the shelves, but it's a nightmare to lift anything beyond what seems like such a small stack, especially the big hardback ones.

But hey, it's that or leave them behind. And I'm not leaving them behind. ;)

Y'know, I keep meaning to download some of that series to check it out, but never get around to it. :O

But as for the icon, 'tis Dr. Merlot from Girl Genius. He's somewhat crazy by this point in the story and generally not a very nice person, so naturally, he was the obvious choice for my obligatory mad scientist icon. :D
