Evening all.

Could the key just be a key to his house that he had with him when he was taken? That is why it was hidden in his cell, so that the kidnapper wouldn't know about it. That he held on to it like a tailsmain of sorts. Adam's hiding the code to the front door is the same sort of thing possibly.

I have a same idea. The key is represent being safe in his home for Adam, becuase even he is home now, he will never feel the same as protected as he felt before he was taken. It is a link to his happy childhood, sort of, I think.

I still think Nina is the only lover John has. He still worry about her after she send him off because the phone call.

I begin to love the FBI bloke. He seems a good partner to have at your back. And his hubby and the bees just pure funny joy :D

I agree with 'Hank is trying to frame John' concept. Mostly 'coz I don't think he would left the bat there, he is not a moron... and I don't think he is capable to hurt someone like that.
And to be honest I think I would step on that road in the night too just as Hank did.

Willa is creepier and creepier as the story move along...
