Following the 12 body for life work out plan/schedule and discarding the diet section in favor of a low carb one. This is a "diamond" style of rep/set targeting different area's of the body on alternating days w/ one day of just cardio.
I push fluids, fiber (via capsule), and daily protein vitamin shakes(gnc amplify). Once a day tablets (centrium / carbwell)
Eat mostly premium deli cuts (roast beef mmmh), stir fried broccoli florettes and chicken, boston market 1/2 dark chickn w/green beans, wendy's chicken salads, Unlimited odd egg creations. Thats just example over the last 4 days or so.
Beverages, mostly water, arizona diet green tea. LO CARB MONSTER (jesus lord the crackness). Some diet coke now and then but I am trying to phase it out.
That sounds cool. I´m trying to get said lil cousin to switch his HEAVY heavy sugar candy and carbs diet to something ANYTHING else.
He´s 12, I´ve got 5 inches on him and he weights what I weight.. but he has no muscle tone. I´m trying to figure out how to do a YOU´RE A NINTENDO CHAMP intervention.
