What type of mortgage did you get? 30 year fixed, 3/1 ARM, etc? What was your rate? And good god tell me it isn't an interest only...

30 year fixed no fee morgage %5 down with 7.75% apr. Tax up front no escrow $2500 closing kick back for home repairs.

Sounds fairly good, though I probably could have gotten your rate down to around 6.75% or better just guessing. But, you can always refinance. What LTV did you borrow at?

I went though bank of america because the seller had a relationship with someone there already and they did all the leg work.

That and I missed a couple of credit card payments for suncoast and thought that might reflect negatively for me going though them directly.
