Having lately become something of an atheist or agnostic, I've begun to feel some creeping, existential dread. That fear of ceasing to exist actually preceded cogent religiosity for me. It's just a thing, I guess. Call it a phobia. I agreee with you on the rest - it was a combination of catching myself discreetly thinking, "wouldn't life be great without God?" and reading bits and pieces of philosophy and science that lead me here, and I'm pretty satisfied.

I withdrew from Physics II, I'm going to take it in the summer since I'll be here anyway. It's not worth losing my sanity over, plus I'm still a full-time student. This semester just got so much better.
