I cannot wait to see this play. I talked to a couple of cast members who were getting tattooed. The person in charge of casting was a supporter of piercings and tattoos, so everyone was very excited to be able to "express themselves". I offered discounts to all cast members before the play.

I also heard rumors of a very hot boy in a corset!!! I can't wait!

I'm not sure what the proper etiquette is for the stage play... When I saw the Broadway revival, whenever an audience member shouted a call-back, the actors would respond. It was kind of cool.

So, if you do shout things at the actors, don't be surprised if they insult you back.

So both Saturdays are audience participation? I know that some stage shows do not encourage audience participation and I would LOVE to participate if it is wanted but I would not want to upset anyone by shouting or dressing up. We plan to go next week Saturday as we are way so totally busy this weekend.

I saw this in St. Paul *twice*. It was soooo fun. Audience participation or not folks got involved with a capital I! I encourage all you all to go and make merry. The production I saw sold $5 kits that included flashlights, tp, etc. That was nice; you knew what was expected and acceptable. Dress the part if you want to. Don't be shocked to see grandmothers in animal print spandex. Remember it was their movie first. Above all... get drunk.
