I'm up in Beachwood by the water tower. I'm several hundred feet higher in elevation than University Circle, and there is frequently snow up here (just inside the edge of the snow belt) on days when not much at all is going on below the ridgeline of the heights.
No snow has managed to stick to the ground yet (it all melts on impact) but it's been blustering around in fits and starts all day.
The lightning was a bit odd when driving back to work. I swear that the last few years on Election Day that some form or precipitation has appeared. I hope that my drive tomorrow won't be hindered by snow.
