Saturday Stephan got a ticket for leaving his car at the college while he was at my house. (We always take each other to our house so we can ride together and the visiting person won't have to drive) Anywho Sunday Stephan discovered his ticket and was rather angry... It was a $25 fine for being on campus during 'after hours
