My random neck pain from the past week has this evening turned into disabilitating neck / back PAIN and AGONY. It just took me 20 mins to get off my bead, and it wasn't even 7am. Every movement is hurting and i want to cut my body off. Still, earlier i was prescribed valium as it's a muscle relaxant. Hopefully not a laxative.

I don't know. To much xmas excess. My health kick was supposed to start this week, Kathy joined the gym to be my gym buddy and everything. Diets, quit smoking reading from Allen Carr....argh. Unfortunatly, it still hurts lots (not now, as I have uber-painkillers), but drinking is strictly banned, Dr lady says, and I ain't tempting fate. Again! Soon!
