for some people habbits are nearly impossible to break. i will propose a scenario for you. your habbit A is bad and you want to stop this, but if you stop doing A then you will have a gap of time left in your day (this is why i always complain about stuff). however, if you were to replace A with doing something else, lets call it X, then you will find yourself doing X more often. i notice that i do this often. my A was playing RO, my X is playing console games... i play more console games than RO... but you may want to find something a little more productive than replacing videogames with other videogames
