I'm sitting here eating my reduced fat cookies and I think about my journal presence. I know I haven't updated much, but I realized that I probably complain more than not in my updating. Today in football practice we were running middle drill. Now, this is usually a period that I take off and let the younger guys get some reps, because basically, I need some rest. Things aren't so good

I'm having surgery tomorrow.  There is a lump just under my right nipple, and I'm having it removed.  Right now it is called a breast nodule, which is a modern day term for tumor.  I will know after they analyze it whether it is malignant or benign.
