Being a wizard for a week was really... weird surprisingly boring inexplicably disturbing different. Honestly, I'm kind of glad it's over, not in the least because its end seems to have brought some memories with it ( Read more... )

I think I prefer being a wizard, myself, but then I am not built to be much of a fighter. Still, it is nice to see everyone is remembering things.

Most wizards aren't. Their Strength score doesn't see a lot of use, so it's impractical to put too many points into it even if you're not trying for an optimized build, and nothing I just said has any real meaning to you, does it?

Yeah, though I still can't figure out why I didn't arrive with a sword. I was wearing armor, so it's not like I was retired or something.

I'd be less concerned about the sword and more about your memories, but maybe the former will come back with the latter?

Well, I had this black sword on me when I woke up, but I don't really remember anything about using it.

The memories, at least, are a universal thing around here. I don't like it, but it's not notable in context. But not everyone is stripped of their weapons when they arrive, you being a prime example of that. There has to be some reason why you kept your sword and I didn't.

Maybe it is, but within specific parameters. If it were completely random, you'd think we'd have more average Joes.
