good luck with smoking... it's not easy. i'm still fighting the habit, too. the bitch of it is that it isn't even a physical addiction for me anymore, i don't think. it's just the need to fill the time while driving or drinking coffee or going to shows or standing outside talking. it was such a part of my routine.
