This is Scott Holden's entry this year. He may be a friend of Rob Cockerham of cockeyed.com fame, as there's a how-to on the head sculpture for this costume, as well as a screencap of the full-body design in SolidWorks on his site

That is awesome! An excellent use of those little leg stilts.

I've wanted to base a costume around those. I was thinking maybe Inspector Gadget.

My friend Chris and I have decided that to be the best costume ever, this needs a funnel inside with a tube that empties between the tauntaun's legs. The wearer can pee wherever, and whenever! Just blame it on the gentle steed.

That's great! I cried a single tear today when I realized I've haven't seen anyone dress as the guy from Yo Gabba Gabba.
