So, after my usual bicycling binge for last week, we went out on friday and I danced a hole in the ground, then got up early and wekt to karate with Jon. Then walked over to the people doing "historical fencing" stuff and did a short workout with them to get "warmed up," before learning about the european backsword by standing holding one in
