Never had this in a dating relationship, so I suppose I've been lucky. As several people know, the women whom I've dated seriously have had other issues, as I have my own, but that variety of blackmail was not a vice that any had. Now family members, on the other hand, can work the guilt trip fairly well, but that's different type of blackmail. Pernicious in its own way, but different nonetheless.
