[Jigen isn't quite sure how to take that within this journal he can see Zenigata fiddling around with the thing and then a clear shot of his flailing about. As he and Zenigata were never necessarily on good terms with each other, Jigen considered them well-known acquaintances in the current circumstance. He found some respect deep in his heart for such a determined Japanese man...]

[Just the fact that Zenigata had shown up was a gift of sanity. From the shock of Luceti not even being on Earth, Jigen had almost lost hope that there was any connection back to his self-proclaimed home of Japan. Maybe the old officer remembered SOMETHING that this gunman couldn't?]

[This old gunman is suddenly VERY excited to know that it is actually the Zenigata he knew and not some trick being played on his mind. A grin slips out on his lips and a chuckle in his voice.]

It really is you! [Small chuckle continues until Lupin is mentioned.] Ah--yeah. Fujiko is around too. She hasn't heard from Lupin either so it looks like he's not around here at all.

[There's hardly a moment of hesitation to the idea of working together. And though Jigen usually was fine with being alone and dealing with crap himself--at this point, he would try to keep close to anyone he knew at all.] Yeah, I can deal with that. So, I know you've been here a bit longer than me, and that heartless woman isn't exactly forthcoming with information. What do you know about this...Luceti? [his voice is pretty grim, like he's going through all sorts of detective work in his head.] Goemon says we aren't on Earth anymore?
