Well i turn 21 today and ive already celibrated by downing 2 bottles of japanese wine, one being sake the other being plum wine, that i got for said date o birth. Well im gonna be flying to Nova Scotia, so thats a bit a ways into the country... but if i didnt need one, that would be hot.

I was actually just about to comment saying you usually don't need one. It doesn't matter how far in you're going, it's still Canada. And Nova Scotia isn't all that far in.

But yes, aren't so commonly needed I don't think. My sister went to Florida a couple of years ago (by plane) and didn't need one. I've been back and forth to Maine and not needed one. I've gone in through Upstate New York and out through Maine and not needed one. So you might want to maybe contact Customs... or the Halifax Airport first or something. I think you're pretty safe just coming without though.
