I want to tell him to move given that it is city property and it's likely to be a place to get caught in the morning, but I also don't want to disturb

call the police... I hate to say it but the first thing that came to my mind when I read this was... call the police! What can I say I'm afraid of crying men... too many emotions, so little grip on the situation. Did you do anything by the way?

I, unlike Heather - would ask him what is wrong and if I could help? If I could help - I would - if not - I'd explain about the whole city prop thing and ask him if he could move to a safer enviroment.

Should he somehow still be there Monday - I might just do that.
