The Esplanade

Bright Spring,So, went out again today, this time along the river eastwards (didn't feel up to a Watertown hike) on the Esplanade. Hot day again...well, I say hot, you say 75 degrees. Anyways, took some photos along the way...more this time, but only half turned out somewhat decent (and level). The auto-tinting on the camera is odd. I have two

Umm... that's a cherry tree. *Super-obvious girl strikes again*

I know you probably know that though, and want species-type info.

I would've taken a cherry tree to have smaller and pinker blossoms. Then again, the only flowering tree I can identify is the dogwood. I do better when there are leaves on it. And it's evergreen.
