To the best of my knowledge, in Washington State precinct RED-48 3314, voter fraud changed the number of delegates from 3-1 Obama-Clinton to 4-0. Or if not voter fraud, at least duly elected-on-the-spot Tally Clerk mathematical incompetence or illiteracy changed the number. We'll see pending anyone at all figuring out what the actual vote split was

We can just bring it up at the district convention. Maybe the Hillary supporter delegate will actually get to vote for Hillary.
