Last night my dear friend and mentor Thomas Dunn died in Bloomington, Indiana. He was for many years a best friend, confidant, mentor and someone I could tell just about anything without a fear of being judged. He was also one of the greatest musicians I have ever come in contact with, and to whom I owe much of what I know today. I know his spirit
